We were super stoked not only being a reseller of the very stylish, unique, and extremely innovative Swiss made guitars, but also to build some one of a kind Relish Marys in house. That has ended now. Relish Switzerland has closed the doors. They just shut down the production, the store, the website... Still, to own such guitar, with a few pickup sets, means not only endless tones, you have a piece of Switzerland guitar history in your hand. For our Relish Guitars clients: If you have an issue with your guitar, get in touch and we'll check and try our best to make ya happy. For all other Relish Guitars clients: Birrd Guitars has no relationship to the Relish Brothers and Relish guitars company. We are not in charge for free warranty services. Alles inhouse bauen ermöglichte uns einzigartige Custom Guitars, also Einzelanfertigungen herzustellen. Jede einzelne ist ein exklusives Unikat mit vielen Details. Ein exklusiver Prototyp, die 'Relish Paulie', gebaut für die Puristen der Gitarren Sammler, hängt noch in der Sammlung von Alec, wird aber bald zum Verkauf angeboten. Lese weiter unten mehr. Die Bemalungen führten wir selber aus. Eine professionelle Spritzkabine steht in unserem Atelier welche hochwertige Lackierungen zulässt. Wir konnten also nach unserem Gusto die Farben und Effekte wählen. In Sachen Lackierungen sprechen wir von einer über dreissig jährigen Erfahrung, auch in der Oberflächenveredelung! Top notch work sagt man uns nach. Leider wurden die Türen von Relish Brothers viel zu früh, gegen Ende 2023, für immer geschlossen. An den Gitarren lag es nicht. Der Gitarrenmarkt ist aber ganz klar gesättigt. Jegliche Geschäfte klagen über die Verkaufszahlen. Tauschen steht hoch im Kurs. Wir stehen nach wie vor hinter den von uns gefertigten und verkauften Relish Gitarren. |

Due to the close cooperation with Relish Guitars Switzerland, we have got the parts and built their Mary model from scratch, but with a Birrd touch.
Here is one of the most unique and most versatile Relish guitars there is. The body has a totally different style compared to the 'standard' Relish bodies. We decided doing a prototype to get more guitar purists onto the Relish train. Therefore that Les Paul style Relish Paulie! Unfortunately Relish went bankrupt and that project was stoped. But we finished it and now it's just an incredible one of a kind guitar. And not for sale (for now), even we had some nice offers. Als Custom Shop machten wir es zu unserer Aufgabe eben Custom Teile herzustellen.
Für alle Relish Trinity Gitarren gibt es verschiedene Pickups zu Auswahl. Jedes Pickguard wird mit Trussrod Cover geliefert Set CHF 49 |
Das Pickguard wird nur angeklebt und kann wieder sauber entfernt werden.

Relish Mary Velvet

Meet 'Mary Velvet'!
The color finish? Right, it looks like velvet. A very exclusively made flat/glossy finish. A flat finish, which is ultra flat. A technique we explored a few years back in our other company Airxess GmbH. In combination with the glossy floral design you get an extremely cool eye catcher. Check the light reflections on the pictures. The color itself is candy red with a yellow coat underneath. So it's a see through color and you can see all the details of the lovely wood from the body and the head stock. When moving the guitar, the reflection in the wood are kind of floating back and forth. An effect you have to see live. The volume and tone knobs are custom made as the pickups and are held in the same ornament style. A black skull was used for the switch knob. We are still working on some details. Relish Mary Flying Skull (our last built)! Sold!

The latest and it seems the last Relish guitar we have built.
After a visit from Shakra guitarist Thom Blunier and friends, we thought about a heavy metal axe would be cool af. A few months later, here you are. The Relish Mary 'Flying Skull' is ready to rock. The finish, also on the neck, is a semi flat/ultra flat one. A very cool effect is the relief painting. The relief gives an awesome light reflection. You have to see it up close. The volume and tone knobs are custom made too. A black skull was used for the switch knob. Of course that Mary has the Piezo bridge for super cool acoustic sound.
